We require a Systems Engineer to be responsible for the third level support of the desktop standard operating environment.  The successful candidates must have enterprise environment experience dealing with a wide range of technologies including Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, Altiris, anti-virus, Citrix client and line of business applications.

This is an opportunity to take operational ownership of the standard operating environment, assist to drive the direction of operational desktop management and knowledge share with team members.

You must have the experience detailed above and at least 7 years working as an ICT support engineer

We require a Level 3 support person to join our Newmarket based Service Desk.

The role is responsible for high severity incidents and the overall operational management of our Central Managed Services clients. You will be an SME for desktop and server technologies such as Microsoft Server 2008, 2003, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, ISA, WSUS, Windows 7, Vista and XP,  plus Altiris, VMware and Citrix to mention a few.

You must have 6 years experience, a couple of those should be within a similar role, have MCSA/MCSE/MCITP or similar. If you can demonstrate experience as a technical mentor to other team members this will be a great role for you!! 

We require a Level 3 support person to join our Team.

 The team provides 24/7 operational support to a very large corporate environment. . Your skill set will cover a large range of the core Microsoft server technologies 2k3, 2k8, AD, Exchange, ISA. You may also be familiar with technologies such as Altiris, VMware and Citrix to mention a few.

You must have at least 5 years relevant experience in the wintel server environment

We have a new project starting that requires someone with strong AX financials and a desire to travel. The project will be starting early September with a first phase completing in December. Additional phases will following through 2011. Travel will be for short periods of time and to a very enjoyable location. You will be working with the rest of the team to design and develop the solution, your role will be as the lead consultant with specific experience and delivery of the GL, AP and AR.

Must have

• Work experience in large IT environments
• Solid background in Microsoft/Symantec/Citrix technologies.
• 3 years + operational team leadership experience
• ITIL awareness
