Contract Level 3 Service Desk Support

We require a Level 3 Service Desk support contractor for a couple of months. The role is responsible for high severity incidents and the overall operational management of our Central Managed Services clients. This role is an SME for infrastructure technologies such as all Microsoft desktop and server products ie AD, Exchange plus Altiris, VMware, Cisco, Checkpoint and ISA to mention a few.

You must have 6+ years experience within a similar role, have MCSA/E or similar and be available to start mid March.
