We require a Level 3 support person to join our Newmarket based Service Desk.
The role is responsible for high severity incidents and the overall operational management of our Central Managed Services clients. You will be an SME for desktop and server technologies such as Microsoft Server 2008, 2003, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, ISA, WSUS, Windows 7, Vista and XP, plus Altiris, VMware and Citrix to mention a few.

You must have 6 years experience, a couple of those should be within a similar role, have MCSA/MCSE/MCITP or similar. If you can demonstrate experience as a technical mentor to other team members this will be a great role for you!!
