We require a Hamilton based Service Delivery Manager.

You will be accountable for service scope, service quality, service attainment and service profitability. You will lead a virtual delivery team, managing the Service Delivery relationship and escalations with the client, client satisfaction, ongoing statements of work associated with business change projects and liaison with the clients operational management team.

You will be a trusted advisor, be technically savvy, have the ability to negotiate through tough situations and understand the ITIL framework.

You will be a seasoned service professional with at least 5 years hands on experience within ICT service delivery or project management competencies.
